Intro to Node.js - a workshop by NodeCPT in collaboration with ScaleConf 2014 (scaleconf.org).
Rudolf Meijering (qurio.co) and Barry Botha (io.co.za) will give a hands-on practical introduction to Node.js. You'll walk away with a deeper appreciation behind the hype around Node.js as well as having written some server-side javascript yourself.
