Worldwide Meteor Day is when developers and folks interested in Meteor all over the world come together across the globe to:
• see what amazing projects have been built with Meteor
• meet awesome local Meteorites
• bring a friend to the movement
• get their questions answered by Meteor core developers and Meteor experts
• connect with other cities
Agenda of the Meteor Day:
6pm: Introduction to Meteor and showcase of new Tutorial and example apps
6:30pm: Everyone pulls out laptops to install and deploy an app (think of questions you'll want to ask in the Q&A)
6:59pm: Take a group photo, tweet it :)
7pm: Q&A Live stream with core devs or local experts
7:30pm: Local Show&Tell lightning Talk Sessions
~8pm: Social/Hacking time
This is a good chance to demo your project, promote your startup and find like minded individuals.
If there's enough of us, we can stage a mini-hackathon and demo the results after.
